Our Pulaski Staff

Brenda Speer is a native of Giles County, Tennessee.  After graduating from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a degree in Finance, she returned to her native community and has been in the financial services industry since 1979. She was a founding partner of Professional Benefit Solutions, LLC in 1999 and joined AMF Financial Group in 2009. Throughout her 30 years in the industry, she has helped hundreds of individuals and business owners with their insurance and financial planning needs. She earned her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2005 and her Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 2007. She also holds a Series 7, 63 and 66 registrations.

Because of her love for Pulaski and Giles County, she also serves on numerous community boards. She is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Brenda and her husband, Dan, reside in Pulaski.

Charlotte Martin is a native of Pulaski, Tennessee. She became a career agent for Equitable Life Assurance in 1986. Charlotte received her LUTCF designation in 1994. Group and individual health, life, disability and retirement planning are among the products Charlotte has in her portfolio. She joined AMF Financial Group in June 2009.

Charlotte’s goal is to help her clients prioritize their wants, needs and goals. She provides her clients with comprehensive financial, estate and investment planning and customizes strategies to accommodate each client’s unique situation. By understanding her clients’ goals and values, Charlotte provides direction and solutions necessary for achieving a sense of independence.

Charlotte and her husband, Ronnie, have been married 36 years. They enjoy their pets, reading and caring for their farm just outside of Pulaski. Charlotte is an accomplished artist and enjoys bringing portraits alive on canvas.

Donna Butler is a native of Giles County, TN. She is a graduate of Tennessee Technology Center Pulaski. She began working during the afternoon for Charlotte Martin in February 2009 and began assisting with the security clients in June 2010. During the morning she works as the Executive Assistant for the Giles County Economic Development Commission.

Donna and her husband, Johnny, are the parents of two grown children, Captain Brandy M. Butler, M.D. and 2nd Lt. John Dennis Butler.
